I like looking on the backs of things for recipes.  This one came on a bag of sun dried tomatoes.  Talk about a flavor explosion.  This is so delicious and I'm definitely making it again.

Last year we had a mini Oscars party at my cousin's.  The spread included fruit, cheeses, salad, olives and the like.  It was impressive and I wish I would have gotten a picture of it.  This year I couldn't break such a delicious tradition.  Since it was just me I did a mini spread:
